Professional Training & Workshops

We deliver structured, practical autism inclusion training for schools and youth services

At the heart of our work is a deep understanding of the diverse presentation of autistic traits across different environments, developmental stages and individual profiles.

We support professionals to understand not only what behaviours may look like but why they occur and how to support effectively. Our main goal is to build empathy, understanding and connection between comunities

Our sessions explore how autistic traits can present differently across individuals and environments equipping educators and professional with an approach that works with the individual not the systems. We provide you with strategies and profiles that are immediately implementable

Rather than focusing on awareness, we provide digestible information, reflection opportunity's and structured guidance that strengthen confidence in relationships and builds sustainable inclusion practices

Every program can be tailored to suit your specific organisational or individual needs

Functional sensory rooms or spaces

With our expertise we can collaborate with you into making your workplace, business or school more functionally inclusive

People that are neurodivergent need certain types of input to regulate. With our help we can create the perfect space with the function of keeping your staff, students, guests or event goers regulated and happy.

This is a bare minimum accomodation and a way to place value on the neurodivergent people that already attend your facilities, but bare the weight of their needs all on themselves

6 Week Autism Understanding & Inclusion Program

We provide structured, personalised action plans designed to support the unique presentation of autistic traits for each individual student.

These plans are developed in collaboration with families and provided to schools or created in partnership with educators to strengthen consistency and support across environments

Each personalised framework includes structured work sheets that outline:

  • Students sensory profile and specific sensory needs

  • Common triggers and areas of difficulty

  • What regulation looks like for that individual

  • Early signs of dysregulation

  • Practical strategies to support regulation respectful redirection approaches

  • clear communication guidance for staff

These are not static documents. Follow up meetings are included to review implementation, reflect on what is or what isn’t working and restructure strategies as the students needs change or new insights emerge

This ensures the support remains responsive, consistent and grounded in understanding rather than assumption

Individual Student Personalised Action Plans

Our 12 week program is designed to deepen understanding of the diverse ways autistic traits can present and bridge the gap between teachers, peers and autistic students

Each session explores the why behind behaviours and traits. moving beyond surface interpretation and toward meaningful understanding and practical application

Through the program participants explore:

  • The diversity of autistic traits

  • Regulation: the differences of neurotypical regulation and autistic regulation needs

  • understanding sensory profiles

  • Pre-existing beliefs and interpersonal biases surrounding autism

  • What true inclusion means in practice

  • The difference between inclusion and accessibility and why both matter

  • And more

  • Self-value

  • Confidence

  • Communication for their needs

  • Reduced internalised blame

  • Emotional regulation skills

  • Stronger self-advocacy

  • Sense of belonging

  • Identity security

I know you are tired of fighting for your young persons basic needs, I want to bare some the weight for your family
As an independent autism researcher and inclusion advocate, my work centres on understanding the diverse ways autistic traits present across individuals and environments. Turning my insight into structured, practical frameworks that organisations can confidently implement and understand

I am autistic myself with autistic family members. This lived experience, with my years of research has armed me with a deep understanding of both the individual and systemic challenges families and young people face
Its time for our environments to put effort into meeting our young people
where they are at, considering young people spend their lives trying to attain to the worlds standards

With a strong focus on criteria-based education and supports I hope to encourage empathy and understanding within our autistic young peoples environments

Through training, personalised action plans and organisational advisory, I work to bridge the gap between, families, educators and professionals. strengthening environments grounded in, understanding, acceptance, value and true inclusion

It’s not if they need support it’s how much and when they need support

We are failing our young people, they need understanding and acceptance right now more than ever
